A private question does not silently authorize personalization or model improvement.

Private use, personalized support, and voluntary model contribution are different purposes. Combining them would make consent unreadable and revocation incomplete.

The current technical loop uses synthetic, minimized text repair records. It can build an asset, evaluate a model, promote or reject it, and rebuild after revocation.

The valuable record is not “a child signed something.” It is the governed difference between a candidate and confirmed intent, with purpose and lineage attached.

That machinery is not authorization to collect visual ASL from learners. A visual program requires a separate Deaf-governed protocol, lawful authority, licensed data, retention limits, and downstream deletion.
